Who we are
Omnific Hand Ltd is the data controller for information submitted through this website. Full company and legal details appear in the site footer.
What we collect
- Name, work email, organisation, and message content when you submit an enquiry form
- Optional phone number, budget range, timeline, and area of interest if you choose to provide them
- Messages you send through the on-site chat assistant
- Basic technical data required to operate the website securely (for example IP address, browser type, request logs)

We do not use third-party advertising pixels or marketing analytics on this website at present.
Why we use it
We process enquiry and chat information to respond to your request, scope potential work, maintain a record of business communications, and improve how the site answers common questions. Lawful bases include legitimate interests in operating our business and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary: session and security-related functionality required to operate forms and the website. These do not require consent under UK PECR when used only for essential operation.
Functional: the shopping cart may store selected items in your browser so checkout can work across pages on the store section.
Analytics and marketing: we do not currently deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar non-essential tracking cookies on this site.
Processors and sharing
We do not sell personal data. Depending on how you use the site, information may be processed by:
- Website hosting provider (infrastructure and security logs)
- Enquiry webhook or automation service, if configured, to route form submissions to our inbox or CRM
- DeepSeek (or equivalent API provider) to generate chat assistant responses from your messages
- Payment provider, if you complete a store checkout flow
We use subprocessors only where needed to operate the site or respond to you, under appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
Retention
Enquiry and business correspondence records are kept only as long as needed to respond, pursue legitimate business discussions, or meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection to certain processing by emailing hello@omnifichand.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
